Are you an Inside Sales Manager who has experience in Software Solutions and Infrastructure, we want you to talk to you about joining our Dell VMWare Inside Sales team.   • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
  • Works to resolve customer issues to ensure a world-class customer experience.
  • Contributes to policy/ program development.
  • Accountable for the day-to-day operations of an area managing processes, programs and/or initiatives.

How your experience will help you hit the ground running (Requirements):

  • 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience and 2+ years leadership experience; Undergraduate degree and 4+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 2+ years relevant experience.
