Posting Title Leave Representative 23-Jun-2020 Job Description Overview Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is looking for a qualified individual to fill a full-time Leave Representative position in our corporate Benefits Department.

The position incorporates an overall knowledge of the Leave department from top to bottom and will report to the Leave Assistant Supervisor.

Responsibilities include: Process Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Military, and Personal Leave of Absence request and maintain appropriate documentation to ensure compliance with company policy, federal, and state law Respond to employee request and inquiries regarding company leave policy Determines if eligibility requirements are met, and issue required notifications Provide follow up calls or written correspondence to employees regarding required or incomplete documentationResponsible for ensuring FMLA compliance and tracking FMLA usage, intermittent and continuous, to ensure that employees do not exceed the amount of allotted FMLA timeUpdate and maintain employee leave request, records, and files Enter and apply employee benefit premium payments Process and work a variety of reports, and conduct regular audits of employees on leave Design and create leave communications and materials as necessary Provide education and guidance to store, district, and regional management regarding leave policy Educates employees and managers on proper process for requesting and placing employees on leave Auto req ID 4495BR Job Title Leave Representative Job Description Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in leave required Knowledge of administration of leave program, including FMLA, ADA, Military and other applicable federal and state leaves Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with HRIS benefits systems (SAP preferred) and timekeeping system (Kronos preferred) High level of attention to detail and follow through Ability to work independently as well as within a team structure Must have ability to multi-task, set priorities and organize own work load Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits include: 401(k) program Health, Dental, and Flexible Spending Benefits Life Insurance LTD InsurancePaid Vacations Personal Paid Time Off (PPTO) Paid Holidays Employee Discounts Excellent Growth Opportunities Great work environment Hobby Lobby is offering this excellent opportunity for qualified applicants, who wish to learn and grow within this department.
