Responsible for routing patient calls to the appropriate personnel utilizing voicemail, PowerChart Office in Cerner, & paging through paging software Outlook Paging.

Verification of patient insurance/demographic information, rescheduling patients for return visits.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.
